Honor has finally revealed the launch date for its next generation of flagship smartphones. The company officially teased the launch of the Magic 5 series, with the announcement set for the first week of March. So let’s have a look.

In the latest teaser image poster, the Chinese smartphone maker confirmed that the Magic 5 series will be officially launched on the 6th of March 2023. The announcement will begin at 14:30 hours CST (China Standard Time). The Magic 5 lineup will consist of multiple models, and we can expect the release of the Magic 5, Magic 5 Pro, and the Magic 5 Ultimate. For those unaware, the Magic series of smartphones will be the flagship grade handsets from the brand.

The series is equipped with top notch specs and features like Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The Magic 5 is expected to be powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 66W fast charging, while the Magic 5 Pro and Ultimate variant will offer an impressive 100W fast charging on a slightly smaller 4,800mAh battery pack. The new smartphones will also run on Android 13 OS based Magic UI 7.0 custom skin.

The Honor Magic 5 and Magic 5 Pro will feature a triple camera setup on the rear, while the Magic 5 Ultimate will house a quad camera module. Meanwhile, the entire lineup will house a 13 megapixel selfie camera on the front.
