Acer has launched a new laptop in India. It is dubbed the Acer Nitro 5. The machine is the first gaming laptop powered by AMD Ryzebn 7000 series in the country. Read on to know what it offers out of the box. 

The Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop sports a 15.6-inch display bearing a QHD+ resolution. It features a 165Hz refresh rate and a 3ms response time. On the audio front, the laptop is equipped with a dual 2W speaker with 3D spatial soundscape and DTS:X Ultra. There is a 4-zone RGB backlit keyboard and a 720p HD webcam with temporal noise reduction. The machine features a MUX switch allowing users to manually enable or disable the iGPU. 

Under the hood, the Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop is offered with an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS or Ryzen 7 7735HS octa-core processor. There is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX3050 GPU onboard. The machine packs 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB SSD storage. The laptop features AMD Freesync for a smooth and tear-free gameplay experience. There are dual fans with four exhaust vents for heat dissipation. 

The Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop draws its power from a 57Wh battery cell with support for 180W fast charging. It ships with Windows 10 (64-bit) out of the box. Connectivity options on the laptop include USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, WiFi-6E, an HDMI port, Bluetooth 5.2, and Ethernet. 

The Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop costs Rs 79,990 for the Ryzen 5 processor option and the one with Ryzen 7 chipset is priced at Rs 89,990. It will be available for purchase from Acer exclusive stores, e-store, and Flipkart,
