Dell has released the Precision 7680 and Precision 7780 Mobile Workstations in China. The models come with 16/17.3-inch screens and the 13th generation Core HX processors with the RTX Ada professional graphics card. Both the 16-inch and 17.3-inch models feature the Intel Core i5-13600HX, i7-13850HX, and i9-13950HX processors.
The different processor configurations combine with the Nvidia RTX A1000 6GB, RTX A2000 (Ada) 12GB, and RTX A5000 (Ada) 16GB graphics card. The lineup of the Dell Precision mobile workstations 7680 and 7780 offer up to 64GB of ECC/ non-ECC memory. Customers can also choose up to 128GB of CAMM memory.
The 16-inch version of the Dell Precision mobile workstation comes in two configurations, namely FHD+ and UHD+ OLED panels. The FHD+ panel has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels while the UHD+ panel resolves at 3840 x 2400 pixels. The Dell Precision 7780 with a 17.3 screen delivers FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) or UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels) resolutions. The UHD panel delivers a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Dell Precision 7680 and Precision 7780 mobile workstations are available in China retail. The starting price for the Precision 7680 is 17,273 yuan (~$2,529) while the Dell Precision 7780 starts at 19,322 yuan (~$2,829). There are no overseas availability details yet for the new Dell Precision mobile workstations. We however expect the global availability of information after the China unveiling.
