BYD has officially announced on its Weibo account that the Dynasty B-Class electric SUV will make its global debut at the Shanghai Auto Show on April 18th. The company’s promotional tagline for the event is “Empowered by light, ready to unleash.” According to information from BYD’s official Weibo account, the Dynasty B-Class electric SUV is an entirely new model in the company’s lineup.

The vehicle’s rear design is noticeably different from existing BYD models, giving it a distinct and easily recognizable appearance. Beyond this, the automaker has not released any further details about the new vehicle. Notably, it has been reported that BYD will also host a brand launch event at the Shanghai Auto Show, where the company plans to introduce two additional new models.

These include a million-yuan domestically produced supercar called the Yingwang U9 and a million-yuan new energy off-road vehicle named the Yingwang U8.
