The iQOO Cooler Back Clip 2 Pro has officially hit the market, offering smartphone users a sleek and powerful cooling accessory at an affordable price. The back clip boasts impressive cooling capabilities, with the ability to cool down a phone from high gear and idle at 25°C to 0°C in as little as 55 seconds, and to a minimum of -7°C in 120 seconds.
This high-performance cooling is made possible by the iQOO Cooler Back Clip 2 Pro’s hardware configuration, which includes a 2000mm2 cooling chip, a 3320mm2 cooling copper plate, and a 29150mm2 heat conduction plate. These features work in conjunction with a 7-blade fan that has a speed of 5200rpm and a wind volume of 2.4FCM per minute, enabling the clip to achieve a maximum peak cooling power of 27W and a maximum cooling of 35°C for a single component.
The iQOO Cooler Back Clip 2 Pro also features three manual speed settings – powerful cooling mode, performance mode, and balanced mode – to cater to different usage needs in various scenarios. The clip is compatible with most phone protective cases, and its trapezoidal fixed buckle design ensures that it doesn’t interfere with the phone’s buttons and normal operation.
Moreover, the back clip supports charging while dissipating heat, with dual Type-C interfaces and a short L-shaped charging cable included for charging the phone. It also features high-temperature protection, which automatically shuts off the clip when the temperature gets too high and resumes cooling once the temperature has cooled down. The dry and wet separate architecture of the clip prevents condensation and waterproofing treatment for the motherboard and circuit.
The iQOO Cooler Back Clip 2 Pro’s X-shaped streamlined body is also equipped with a 16.8 million-color Halo Extreme Wind RGB lighting effect that synchronizes with the fan’s movement, adding a stylish touch to its cooling performance.
The iQOO Cooler Back Clip 2 Pro officially went on sale at 10:00 am on April 25, with a regular price of 249 yuan ($36) and a limited-time discount price of 229 yuan ($33).
