Vivo X90 series is the company’s latest attempt to offer flagship smartphones with top-notch cameras and hardware. The lineup was introduced in China back in November 2022 and made its debut in the international market only recently. While it already includes three premium phones, rumors of a fourth model have been circulating online for quite some time now. In the latest update, the Vivo X90S has appeared on TENAA with its key specifications and some live images. Here are the details.

Vivo X90S Brings a familiar design with 50MP main camera

The TENAA listing reveals Vivo X90S won’t stray far from the rest of the models in the series in terms of design. You get a slightly curved back with a circular camera housing and likely a vegan leather finish. There’s a strip right below the camera module that reads “Xtreme Imagination”. A Zeiss branding can also be seen on the left. The phone has a curved display with a hole-punch cutout at the top center.

As per the listing, the Vivo X90S will come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display offering a 2800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is listed with an octa-core SoC clocked at 3.2GHz. According to a recent Google Play listing, the handset gets the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor under the hood. The processor will be paired with 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage.

The Vivo X90S will get a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP main camera sensor, a 12MP secondary sensor (likely ultra-wide), and another 12MP sensor, which could feature a portrait lens on top with 2x optical zoom support. There may be a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls. It could get a 4690mAh battery.
