Recently, Xiaomi launched its Xiaomi TV A55 and A65 Competitive Edition models in mainland China, both of which offer an intriguing set of specifications. The TVs boast a 4K 120Hz panel capable of displaying up to 1.07 billion colors, 20W speakers, and much more. After much anticipation, these televisions are finally available for commercial sale in China.
Interested users can now head over to JD.com or an offline retail partner store to grab a unit of Xiaomi TV A55/65 for themselves. The Xiaomi TV A55 is priced at CNY 1799 (~$260), while the higher-end Xiaomi TV A65 retails at CNY 2499 (~$362).
Speaking of its technical specifications, the Xiaomi TV A55 and A65 offer 55-inch and 65-inch screens, respectively. Both TVs provide a 4K (3820 x 2160 pixels) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and thinner bezels.
The televisions offer a color accuracy of ΔE ≈ 2. Both models come with dual 10W speakers, which together give an output of up to 20W. The speakers are further supported by the Xiaomi sound algorithm, which ensures that you get the best possible sound quality from the speakers.
The new Xiaomi TVs offer far-field microphones and Mijia smart home integration. The televisions support wireless screen projection. Therefore, smartphones, notebooks, and other compatible devices can output content to TVs wirelessly.
