Motorola plans to launch a couple of new flip phones for the global market called the Motorola Razr 40 and the Razr 40 Ultra. Now, popular tipster Evan Blass has tweeted out official-looking renders of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra design

Motorola is set to release its latest smartphone, the Razr 40 Ultra, which is expected to feature significant upgrades from its predecessor. One of the most striking changes is the device’s outer display, which is expected to be the largest seen on any clamshell folding phone to date, measuring around 3.4-3.6 inches tall.

The Razr 40 Ultra’s outer shell is designed with cutouts at the corners for the dual-camera setup and an LED flash module. The inside of the device features a tall foldable display with a hole-punch cutout at the top center, surrounded by fairly narrow bezels. It also features antenna lines on the curved frame, which indicates the use of metal, while the power and volume buttons are on the right edge. Meanwhile, the bottom edge contains cutouts for the USB Type-C port, the speaker grille, and one of the two visible microphones.
