boAt has just launched a new smartwatch to expand its wearable portfolio in the Indian market. The latest model in question is the Storm Connect Plus, which features some notable specifications at an affordable price tag. So let’s have a look.

The company’s latest wearable sports a tall 1.91 inch HD display that has a 90 percent screen to body ratio and a 2.5D curved glass on its square screen. It also offers 550 nits of peak brightness and the display is surrounded with a metal frame that adds to its premium look and feel. The new smartwatch also arrives with support for Bluetooth 5.3, which helps offers Bluetooth Calling support. This functionality also includes a microphone for the calls as well as ENx Algorithm AI noise cancellation.

The boAt Storm Connect Plus smartwatch arrives with over 100 cloud watch faces and support for more than 100 sports modes as well. It also arrives with various health related sensors to track heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and more. The smartwatch is built with IP68 water and dust resistance, which adds to its durability. The company promises that the smartwatch can last for up to 10 days on a single full charge. Notably, this launch arrives mere weeks after the company launched the Rockerz 551 ANC headphones in the region.

Other notable features include smart alerts, Hindi & English support, 300mAh battery pack, and built in speakers. boAt Storm Connect Plus smartwatch is currently available in India for an introductory price tag of 1,799 INR. It is offered in multiple color options, namely Active Black, Cool Grey, Deep Blue, and Maroon and is currently on sale on Flipkart as well as the brand’s official website.
