Following the release of the Vivo S17e in China, it has been announced that the remaining two models in the series, the Vivo S17 and S17 Pro, are set to launch on May 31. Ahead of their official unveiling, the key specifications of both devices have been revealed through the TENAA certification database. Furthermore, the Pro model has recently made an appearance on the Google Play Console platform.
The Vivo S17 Pro, identified by its model number V2284A, has been spotted on the Google Play Console platform. Although the listing does not provide specific details about the device’s specifications, it does confirm the name of the device as the Vivo S17 Pro. While additional information about the Vivo S17 Pro is yet to be disclosed, let’s explore what is currently known about this upcoming smartphone.
Vivo S17 Pro specs (expected)
The Vivo S17 Pro is said to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges, providing a Full HD+ resolution and a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It will also have an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by a Dimensity 8200 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is rumored to feature a powerful camera setup, with a 50 MP Sony IMX766V primary camera that supports optical image stabilization (OIS). Alongside the primary camera, it is said to have an 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a 12 MP Sony IMX663 portrait camera with a center focus feature.
