Apple has started selling the Ember’s temperature-controlled Travel Mug 2+ which now supports tracking via the Find My app. This is coming after the initial launch of the Travel Mug earlier this year. The latest additional feature is the compatibility of the mug with Find My.

The Apple Travel Mug 2+ comes with a new built-in speaker that can emit a chime if the mug is misplaced and tracked with the Find My app. The Find My app is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. Apart from the new speaker and tracking capability, the Apple Mug 2+ retains the same features as the original travel mug. The mug is an excellent accessory in the ember months. It is designed to keep your fluids (coffee or beverage) at a desired temperature for up to three hours. The mug can also be used to retain the desired temperature all day when it is connected to its charging coaster.

The Ember’s temperature-controlled Travel Mug 2+ can be connected to an iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth and controlled using the Ember app. The Travel Mug 2+ also has built-in touch controls. You can set your preferred drinking temperature so you can enjoy your favorite drink the way you love it. The built-in battery provides temperature control for up to three hours on a full charge. The Ember Travel Mug 2+ is safe to hand wash and submersible with up to 1 meter of water. It does not require being placed in a microwave.

The Apple Ember Temperature-Controlled Travel Mug 2+ is being retailed for $199.95. It is available directly from Apple’s online store. The package of the Apple Travel Mug 2+ includes the Travel Mug Charging Coaster 2, a power adapter, and a Quick Start Guide, apart from the mug itself. There is no clear international availability information for the Travel Mug 2+, but lithium-based battery shipping restrictions are applicable.
