OnePlus has unveiled its latest smartphone, the OnePlus 11 5G Marble Odyssey Limited Edition, in India. This special edition device showcases a distinctive microcrystalline rock material that provides a unique marble-like finish, creating a visually appealing and tactile experience that varies from one phone to another.
The OnePlus 11 5G Marble Odyssey is exclusively designed, ensuring that each device is truly one-of-a-kind, with no two phones being identical. Embracing the concept of individuality, OnePlus has utilized a raw “visual texture” derived from microcrystalline rock material, resulting in an enchanting rear panel that cannot be replicated. This exquisite design embodies the elegance of natural marble, with every device possessing its own distinct characteristics.
The development process for this special edition smartphone took over a year to achieve the level of quality required for mass production. OnePlus encountered unique challenges and adopted an innovative approach, pushing the boundaries of smartphone industry standards.
Initially, the yield rate for the marble-like rear panel was only 25% of the original glass back. However, through meticulous refinement, OnePlus was able to achieve an impressive 50% yield rate for the final limited edition units.
Crafting a single piece of this extraordinary material involves a meticulous nine-step production process, guaranteeing that every panel meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. Each piece is carefully selected or discarded by hand, ensuring that only flawless examples are chosen for the final application.
The OnePlus 11 5G Marble Odyssey offers a special tactile experience, with its ultra-smooth and cool-to-the-touch texture reminiscent of polished marble or refined pebbles.
In terms of specifications, the OnePlus 11 5G Marble Odyssey retains the same features as the original OnePlus 11 5G model.

The OnePlus 11 5G (check out our full review of OnePlus 11) features a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ flexible curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels, HDR 10+, and Dolby Vision support. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and offers a refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz.
Powering the OnePlus 11 5G is the octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm chipset, accompanied by the Adreno 740 GPU and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM. The phone runs on Android 13 with OxygenOS 13 on the top.
The OnePlus 11 5G supports dual SIM functionality and sports a rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary camera (Sony IMX890 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS), a 48MP ultra-wide camera (Sony IMX581 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 3.5cm macro), and a 32MP telephoto lens (RGBW, 2x optical zoom, Sony IMX709 sensor).
