Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is scheduled to debut globally on June 1. Recent reports have revealed nearly all the specifications of the Razr 40 Ultra, leaving very little undisclosed. The design of the device is also no secret, thanks to the numerous renders that have surfaced. A new report reveals that the Lenovo-owned brand has officially revealed the Razr 40 Ultra through a billboard ad in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The billboard ad gives a good look at the appearance of the red variant of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra. The device showcases a large 3.6-inch cover display featuring dual camera cutouts. The ad does not mention anything about the specifications of the device.

The more affordable Razr 40, featuring the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, 12 GB of RAM, Android 13 OS, and 33W charging, is also expected to launch alongside the Ultra model. At present, it is unclear which markets will receive the vanilla model.

The Razr 40 Ultra will arrive with a 6.9-inch foldable P-OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. Its 3.6-inch cover screen is also said to support the same refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered device will ship with up to 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The Razr 40 Ultra will pack a 3,800mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It will have a 32-megapixel front camera, and a 12-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system. It will be equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The Ultra model is expected to arrive in three colors: Viva Magenta (shown in the billboard ad), Infinity Black, and Glacier Blue. It is likely to be priced between 1169 euros and 1199 euros in Europe.
