AYA NEO will soon release its most powerful gaming handheld yet. The AYA NEO NEXT II will feature an 8-inch IPS screen, AMD Ryzen 7000 series APU and support up to 100W cooling. The powerful Ryzen 7000 APU combines with a decent GPU and a robust cooling system for seamless and cool gaming sessions on the go.
The AYA NEO NEXT II is scheduled to be released before the end of 2023 and it draws strong comparisons with the Steam Deck. The NEXT II is equipped with a discrete graphics GPU. The upcoming gaming handheld will be capable of sufficiently cooling the APU and GPU combination while the handheld is operational. AYA NEO recently revealed the refreshed version of the AYA NEO 2S which is one of its premium offerings to date.
The NEXT II was unveiled in 2022 and the core design of the model is retained in the refreshed NEXT II. It retains two touchpads beneath analog sticks and a left-oriented d-pad. The upcoming NEXT II seems less portable than the Steam Deck and the ergonomic architecture is also different. The new model comes with a more conventional button layout.
By virtue of its 8-inch IPS display, the NEXT II is AYA NEO’s largest handheld so far. The finer details of the release date and pricing information for the AYA NEO NEXT II have not been released yet. The software and games overview of the AYA NEO NEXT II is yet to be released.
