ASUS has officially confirmed the launch date of the Zenfone 10 smartphone. The brand has announced on its Twitter handle that the upcoming offering will debut globally on June 29 at 9 pm (UTC+8). The launch event will be livestreamed on YouTube. It will arrive as the successor to the Zenfone 9 from last year.
ASUS Zenfone 10 launch date confirmed
Ahead of the launch, ASUS has put up a microsite of the Zenfone 10 revealing its key specifications. The upcoming offering will sport a compact form factor. It is teased to feature a 5.9-inch display with a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner. The smartphone is confirmed to come with a 6-Axis Gimball stabilizer for shake-free video shooting. Under the hood, the ASUS Zenfone 10 is confirmed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It will come with support for wireless charging.
Apart from this, the microsite does not reveal any additional details. The Zenfone 10 is expected to feature an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. As per the Geekbench listing, the device will reportedly come with up to 16GB RAM. The smartphone is rumored to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 67W fast charging. As per a recent leak, the ASUS Zenfone 10 is reported to carry a starting price tag of $749 for the base 16GB + 256GB variant.
