KTM, the renowned Austrian brand known for its motorcycles, has now ventured into the world of e-bikes with the release of its latest road model, the Macina Revelator SX Prime. Combining lightweight construction with engaging on-road performance, this e-bike aims to provide riders with an exceptional riding experience.

The Macina Revelator SX Prime boasts a complete carbon frame that strikes a balance between weight reduction and durability. It is equipped with the powerful Bosch Performance Line SX Motor, specifically designed for lightweight e-bikes. European laws limit the top speed to 15.5 miles per hour, ensuring compliance with regulations. The bike is powered by a dependable Bosch CompactTube 400-Watt-hour battery, offering efficient energy utilization. Additionally, it is compatible with the Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender, which provides extended range capabilities, granting riders greater freedom and flexibility.

KTM E-Bike

One of the notable features of this e-bike is the built-in Classified hub, which offers a wide range of gear ratios, resulting in improved performance. Combined with the Shimano 105 Di2 R7150-12 shadow rear derailleur, riders can expect smooth and precise shifting. The Bosch Mini Remote Dropbar enables easy adjustment of assistance levels, providing quick access to various power options. Moreover, the Macina Revelator SX Prime is compatible with the Bosch eBike Flow app, allowing riders to personalize their riding experience by fine-tuning settings.

In addition to its impressive specifications, this e-bike incorporates a Revelator Premium Carbon F15 suspension fork, enhancing shock absorption and delivering a smoother ride. For reliable stopping power in diverse conditions, Shimano 105 R7170 hydraulic disc brakes are employed. Remarkably, the carbon-framed e-bike weighs a mere 13.3 kilograms when the pedals are removed. The KTM Macina Revelator SX Prime e-bike is scheduled for release in 2024, with a price tag of €7,899 (approximately $8,600 USD).
