Back in November 2022, Oppo A58 5G was launched in China. The brand is now planning to launch a 4G variant of the device in the global market called the Oppo A58 4G. The device has already bagged multiple certifications like FCC, TUV Rheinland India’s BIS, and Thailand’s NBTC. Now, it has emerged on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification database.

The SIRIM certification of the Oppo A58 4G (model number CPH2577) does not reveal any specifications, however, it does confirm that the smartphone will eventually debut in Malaysia.

Previous certifications have revealed that the Oppo A58 4G that the A58 4G will feature a 5,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging. The device will be 7.99mm thick and weigh 191 grams. Additionally, the device is also revealed to feature Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1 out of the box.

The Oppo features a 6.56-inch LCD display offering a resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels (HD+) and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The screen has a dewdrop notch and supports up to 600 nits of maximum brightness. Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The phone runs on ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.

On the camera front, it features a dual-camera system with a 50MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone offers various connectivity options, including dual SIM support, 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, and USB Type-C. It also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, a MicroSD card slot, dual stereo speakers, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Keeping the device powered is a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 33W fast wired charging.
