The Xperia 1 V is offered at $1,400 in the US and is available in a sole configuration of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. You have the option to buy it directly from Sony’s official website or through Amazon. We know that Sony makes a 16GB RAM + 512GB variant of the device, but for some reason, they have opted to not make this configuration available in the US.
