iQOO has a new mid-range smartphone in the pipeline for the Indian market called the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G. The device has already been teased on Amazon, and now, iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya has unveiled the launch date of the device.

Nupur tweeted that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will arrive in India on August 31. Even though the launch is still a few weeks away, there have already been leaks revealing a bunch of details about the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G.

Leaks have revealed that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC which is a 4nm-based mid-range processor and has two ARM Cortex-A715 performance cores clocked at up to 2.8GHz and six Cortex-A510 efficiency cores. It will come paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A leak from last week reveals that the device can cross the 700,000 point mark on the AnTuTu benchmark test.

iQOO Z7 Pro Teaser

The phone is rumored to feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It will provide a Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. On the rear, there will be a setup with two cameras: a main 64-megapixel sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel one. For taking selfies, there’s a 16-megapixel front camera. The estimated price for the smartphone in India is expected to be between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000.
