Motorola is reportedly working on the Motorola Edge 40 Neo smartphone. A premature listing of the phone is available on the Amazon Italy website. While there is no official confirmation yet on the existence of the device from Motorola, the Amazon listing reveals that it will be released on Sept. 15.

The Edge 40 Neo will succeed the Motorola Edge 30 Neo, which was announced in September last year. In some markets, the same device is available with the Motorola Edge 30 Lite moniker. The Edge 30 Neo / Lite is a compact phone featuring a 6.28-inch display. As per the listing, the Edge 40 Neo will arrive with a bigger screen. As per the listing, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a 6.55-inch P-OLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the Dimensity 1050 chipset and 12 GB of RAM.

There is no information available about the front camera of the Edge 40 Neo. The listing states that its rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel main camera and a 13-megapixel snapper, which appears to be an ultra-wide lens. The handset will pack a 5,000mAh battery that will offer 68W fast charging.

The Edge 40 Neo will come equipped with 256 GB of internal storage. It will run on Android 13 and offer other features, such as an IP68-rated dustproof and water-resistant chassis, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB-C.
