Logitech’s first-gen G Pro Wireless was a game-changer for wireless gaming mice. It was the first to offer latency matching with wired mice. As a result, it quickly became the go-to mouse for professional esports players. Then came the Logitech G Pro X Superlight Wireless took things even further. It was even lighter and more portable than the original, and it still offered the same great performance.

Now, it looks like Logitech is ready to release a new version of the G Pro X Superlight. A recent leak on Reddit shows the packaging for the new mouse, which has the branding “Pro X Superlight 2”. The leak also shows popular CS: GO player S1MPLE using the mouse during scrims.

Logitech is the official partner of NAVI (S1MPLE’s esports team), so it is possible that the mouse has been provided to NAVI for testing purposes. The clip of the mouse shows the white packaging, which has been rebranded to read “G Pro X Superlight 2.” The dongle and cord that came with the mouse are also visible in the clip.

As for the specs, the G Pro X Superlight 2 might weigh the same as its predecessor at 63 grams.  It will also feature a USB Type-C connection for charging and wired usage, and a polling rate of 2000Hz, which will be ideal for esports players.

We will have to wait and see when the G Pro X Superlight 2 is officially released. However, the leak is a good sign that the mouse is coming soon. It will be interesting to see how the mouse compares to the original G Pro X Superlight Wireless.
