Nokia has introduced a new 5G smartphone in the US, the Nokia G310. The G310 is a budget-friendly device that stands out for its user-repairable design. Thanks to Nokia’s QuickFix technology, users can easily replace damaged components, such as the display, battery, and charging port.

Besides the repairability aspect, the Nokia G310 is a pretty generic smartphone featuring a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 480+ SoC and comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

As for the cameras, it has a triple-camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, you get an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. 

Additionally, the device is equipped with Nokia’s OZO audio technology. As per Nokia, it will enhance audio playback quality and elevate sound recording for videos. Powering the Nokia G310 is a 5000mAh battery that recharges via a 20W adapter. The phone also has an NFC chip and a fingerprint reader for biometrics. 

On the software front, it comes pre-installed with Android 13. The Nokia G310 5G is the third Nokia smartphone this year to feature the QuickFix design, which makes it easy to repair. This is a refreshing change in an era where device repairability has become increasingly challenging.

The Nokia G310 5G will be available for purchase starting August 24th at T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile locations and online. It will start at USD 186, which is approximately Rs. 15,490 in India.
