Adobe is finally bringing AI-powered tools to Adobe Express, which is the company’s cloud-based designing platform. The new AI generative tool will be offered through the Adobe Firefly model, giving it an edge over similar cloud-based design platforms like Canva.
Adobe Express now supports generative AI tools
With the addition of this new technology, the brand is promising that users will gain access to tools for their convenience. So now, Adobe Express will let make quick and easy templates to create social graphics, posters, edit videos, and much more. This feature is being rolled out with the latest version of Express on desktop PCs for free. Although, the company plans on releasing this feature to mobile users soon.
The Adobe Express Premium plan, which is a 9.99 US Dollar monthly subscription, is also included for no additional cost. Furthermore, Adobe has also released an Express enterprise tier, which is also available for larger teams. Adobe Express had originally released back in 2021, but it has been working on the new generative AI tool since June of this year.
There are a number of new features that let’s use to generate custom images, text effects, and more. Users can add these to their projects by using the text prompts in over 100 languages. Other functionality includes automatic background revival and simple character animations. Adobe guarantees that Firefly is commercially safe for companies to use since the model is trained on Adobe’s proprietary content.
