Xiaomi will introduce its new grooming device, the UniBlade Trimmer in India on September 4, 2023. According to a landing page on Xiaomi India’s official website, the trimmer is equipped with a new blade, rotary dial, modern design, and type-C charging port.
The trimmer has been globally launched and its specifications are anticipated to align closely with the global version. It trimmer is designed for diverse grooming tasks including haircuts, beard trims, and body hair management.

The global version of the UniBlade Trimmer has a matte black design, offering a non-slip grip for comfort and safety. It is water-resistant with IPX7 certification, enabling both dry and wet shaves using gels or foams.
The UniBlade Trimmer’s key feature is its three-way blade system. The dual-edge addresses longer hairs, the central foil provides a smooth finish for stubbles, and the protective foil reduces nicks and skin irritation. The trimmer head is flexible, angling up to 40 degrees in both directions, allowing it to navigate facial contours effectively, especially around cheeks and jawline.
The trimmer offers precise hair length control through a rotary system with 14 comb settings, spanning from 0.4 mm to 8 mm. This customization ensures users can achieve their desired hair length and style.
The UniBlade Trimmer is powered by a 600mAh battery that supports wireless magnetic charging. A full charge takes 6 hours and provides 60 minutes of use. The package includes accessories like cutting attachments, a protective cover, a wall holder, and an English instruction manual. Storage becomes convenient with a wall-mounted rack that eliminates the need for drilling.
