The rumor mill is extensively leaking information about the Galaxy S24 which is scheduled for launch early next year. Several specifications and features of the device have already been leaked, and the latest leak hints at a Display upgrade for the Galaxy S24+ series. This time, Samsung seems to enhance the display experience for the Galaxy S24+ users on par with the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

According to @IceUniverse, the Galaxy S24 series-trio will offer 2500 nits maximum brightness. Unlike the predecessors, the Galaxy S24 Plus variant will bundle a 3120 x 1440. WQHD+ resolution display instead of the 2340 x 1080 pixel displays.

Samsung usually bundles flagship-grade displays on the Ultra variant of the Galaxy S series, but his time we will supposedly see brighter and crisper displays on the Plus and standard variants.

Alongside some display details, @IceUniverse also published a Galaxy S24+ render based on the details present. We can see a middle frame with a 2.5mm size, and the bezel part is around 1.0mm. The device will weigh 195g with a 7.7mm thickness.

Considering these changes, we expect improved sales for the Galaxy S24+ variant too.

Galaxy S24+ Specifications (Expected)

The Galaxy S24+ is expected to feature Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy Chips in respective regions. The recent Geekbenchlisting of the Galaxy S24+ reveals the presence of 8 GB RAM. As per TUV, it will feature a 4755 mAh battery, and the Galaxy S24 Utra will house a 4855 mAh battery. If recent rumors are believed, then the smartphone will offer 65W fast charging support. Like the iPhone 15, the Galaxy S24 series will use a Titanium frame.

The device will feature a bit larger display than its predecessor. The tipster claims it to house a 6.65-inch 2X LTPO AMOLED display.
