As per a recent post on Weibo, Li Jie, the President of OnePlus China, responded to people’s feedback and apologized. He acknowledged the criticism and mentioned, “We have seen everyone’s scolding, and we are under a lot of internal pressure. Sorry, we are continuing to work hard!”. This indicates that the company is attentive to the feedback and is trying its best to meet the demand for the Ace 2 Pro.

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports fast 150W SuperVOOC wired charging. The device has a 6.7-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone comes with three LPDDR5x RAM options: 12GB, 16GB, and 24 GB. Ace 2 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip operating on ColorOS 13.1, based on Android 13. It supports Wi-Fi 7 and will receive 3 major Android updates.
