In a recent leak, reliable leaker Ice Universe revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S24 series in Europe would be equipped with the Exynos 2400 chipset. A new leak that has emerged now reveals that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will not have an Exynos 2400 variant.

According to another tipster, Setsuna Digital, only the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus models would be equipped with the Exynos 2400 chip. He further indicated that the Galaxy S24 Ultra, regardless of the region, would feature a Snapdragon processor.

In other words, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy across all markets. Hence, it appears that the Galaxy S24 and S24+ will come with Exynos 2400 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy depending on the region. As always, readers to digest the leak with a pinch of salt.

A recent report claimed that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to begin with a base configuration of 8 GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Furthermore, the maximum storage capacity will be raised to 2 TB, compared to the S23 Ultra’s 1 TB maximum. To recall, the S23 Ultra was made available in storage options such as 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.

According to rumors, the Exynos 2400 will have a 10-core chip with a Cortex-X4 core, two clusters of Cortex-A720 cores, and finally four A520 cores. The GPU, named Xclipse 940, has been developed in collaboration with AMD and is based on RDNA 2 technology.

On the other hand, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy will be an overclocked version of the regular Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It is expected to feature a powerful Cortex-X4 core, set to operate at a noteworthy 3.30GHz. In addition, three Cortex-A720 cores will function at 3.15GHz. Alongside these, the processor is said to incorporate two Cortex-A710 cores, capable of executing tasks at 2.96GHz, and two Cortex-A510 cores, geared to perform at 2.27GHz. It is said to include the Adreno 750 GPU.
