Honor has finally confirmed the launch date for the Honor 90 5G in India. The device marks the company’s comeback to the Indian market after a hiatus of a couple of years. The Honor 90 5G was first announced in China in May 2023. It later arrived in the UAE and Europe, and it is now finally making its way to India.

Honor has confirmed that the Honor 90 5G will be announced at 12:30 pm (local time) on Sept. 14 in India. The microsite for the phone available on Amazon showcases the Emerald Green and some of its key features. Here is a look at the specifications and expected price of the device.

The Honor 90 5G has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a quad-curved design and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It offers a 1.5K resolution of 1200 x 2664 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition, and it runs on MagicOS 7.1-based Android 13. In the Chinese market, the device ships with up to 16 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
On the front, the Honor 90 5G has a 50-megapixel selfie camera, and its back panel has a triple camera unit, which features a 200-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
Honor 90 5G price in India
Rumors surrounding the Honor 90 5G claim that it will be priced at around Rs 35,000 (~$420) in India. Once announced, the device will be sold through Amazon.
