Earlier this year, Vivo launched the Vivo S17 series of smartphones in China. The lineup included the Vivo S17e, Vivo S17, Vivo S17t, and Vivo S17 Pro. All models except the S17t have been available for purchase. The S17t is now also available for purchase in the home market.

Vivo S17t price

The Vivo S17t, which comes in a single 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage version only, is priced at 2,999 Yuan. It comes in three shades, such as Black, Mountain Sea Green (blue), and Sea of Flowers (pink).

In comparison, the Vivo S17 has been available in variants such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. These variants are priced at 2,499 Yuan (~$342), 2,799 Yuan (~$384), and 2,999 Yuan (~$411), respectively. Apart from black, blue, and pink, it also comes in a new purple option.

In terms of specifications, the Vivo S17 and S17t have identical specifications, and they mainly differ in the chipset department. While the S17 has the Snapdragon 778G Plus chip, the S17t is equipped with the Dimensity 8050.

The Vivo S17t has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-screen fingerprint sensor. The Dimensity 8050-powered device ships with LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,600mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.

For selfies, the Vivo S17t has a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front camera. Its rear shell has a 50-megapixel Samsung GN5 primary camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens. The device can capture up to 4K videos through its front and rear cameras. It comes with other features, such as dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and a USB-C port.
