Samsung is gearing up to unveil its next-generation flagship Galaxy smartphones in the early part of the upcoming year. Speculations suggest that the high-end Galaxy S24 Ultra model might undergo some camera hardware improvements. Meanwhile, the complete Galaxy S24 lineup has recently surfaced on 3C certification, shedding light on their rapid charging capabilities.
According to the latest 3C certification, the base model, the Galaxy S24 (SM-S9210), will support 25W fast charging. Stepping up the game, the Galaxy S24+ (SM-S9260) and the top-tier Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S9280) will offer blazing 45W fast charging. Going by the listings, it looks like no upgrades will be coming to the charging speeds.
Galaxy S24 series: What we know so far
The Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to pack a punch in the camera department with a whopping 200MP primary camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 10MP periscope lens on the rear.
We can anticipate the Galaxy S24 series to debut with either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or the Exynos 2400 SoC, depending on the market. It is possible that Samsung will order a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for its devices as they did with the S23 lineup.
Storage options may vary as well, with the Galaxy S24 and S24+ offering up to 512GB of internal storage, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra might boast an impressive 1TB of internal storage.
