Health and fitness tracking features include an optical heart rate sensor and SpO2 sensor for monitoring heart rate and blood oxygen levels, along with sleep tracking and menstrual cycle tracking.
It offers 100+ fitness modes for various activities, a built-in speaker, and a microphone for Bluetooth Calling. It connects seamlessly via Bluetooth 5.3 to Android and iOS devices. The Redmi Watch 3 Active boasts a remarkable battery life, providing up to 12 days on light usage and 8 days on heavy usage.
