Alongside the new Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro, Xiaomi has also unveiled the new Watch 2 Pro. The new smartwatch brings some notable features. For one, it runs Google’s Wear OS on the software front, although it’s not the first Xiaomi smartwatch from the brand to do so. The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor and packs a large AMOLED display. The smartwatch has a stainless body with Gorilla Glass protection. Here are the details.

Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro Specifications

The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro brings a premium design with a stainless-steel build and a rotating crown on the side. The round dial features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 326 ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset, paired with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.

As mentioned, the Watch 2 Pro runs Wear OS. However, it is layered by Xiaomi’s own MIUI platform. The wearable gets access to features like Play Store, Google Maps, Google Wallet, and contactless payment through NFC.  In terms of functionality, the smartwatch supports an extensive range of 150 different sports modes, along with features like ECG monitoring, heart rate tracking, body temperature monitoring, and sleep tracking.

Further, the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro will also let you do voice calling and send text messages through LTE connectivity support. The watch is claimed to last 65 hours of regular usage. In addition, it brings a water resistance rating of 5 ATM, Bluetooth, dual band GNSS, and more.

Pricing and Availability

The Wi-Fi variant of the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro will be priced at 269 euros ($285), whereas its LTE variant will cost 329 euros ($348).
