According to a recent post on X (Formally known as Twitter), Samsung’s Galaxy S23 series has started receiving One UI 6.0 Beta 5 in the UK.
For those unaware, earlier this week, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra received One UI 6 beta 4 with various UI improvements and bug fixes. However, beta 4 did include some known issues that the company provided in its change log. Let’s go ahead and take a look at the post.
As per the post, the beta patch is released in the UK with the build version ending in ZWIK and a size of 750MB. The company is constantly taking feedback with these beta releases and trying to improve the user experience. With this latest release, Samsung has fixed a few known issues found in the previous beta version. Bugs that have been fixed
- Fixed the problem of not being able to record during a call
- Fixed no touch at the bottom of the screen or ghost touch issue
- Fixed the issues of getting stuck after entering the camera, forced termination, and not being able to take pictures
- Fixed the problem of not being able to use Motion Photo
- Fixed infinite rebooting problem when entering Maintenance Mode
- Many other improvements
It is worth noting that the latest beta update is currently available only in the UK. However, we expect the company to release it for other regions in the future. Those who are eligible and have applied for the beta program can download the update by heading over to Settings > Software update > Download and Install.
