OnePlus will launch a new Solar Red Edition for the OnePlus 11R 5G on October 7 in India. This new color option will feature a bright red vegan leather finish and the highest storage and RAM options offered on the device.
Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has unveiled the price point and offers on the OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red Edition. As per a teaser on Amazon, the OnePlus 11R 5G Solar Red color will debut on October 7 for Rs. 44,999 (Amazon). This price will of course include bank offers, meaning that the MRP will be higher.
In addition to that, OnePlus will also be offering a complimentary Buds Z2 with every purchase of the OnePlus 11R. It’s important to point out that the new red color variant will come with 18GB RAM and 512GB storage. Currently, the 16GB RAM + 256GB storage option is offered at ₹44,999. That being said, the price of the OnePlus 11R will be reduced during the Great Indian Festival sale that kicks off on October 8. You will be able to grab the 8GB + 128GB storage variant for as low as ₹34,999.
OnePlus 11R specs
The OnePlus 11R 5G has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, HDR10+ support, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and Dolby Atmos support.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and comes with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The OnePlus 11R 5G runs on Android 13 with OxygenOS 13. It has a triple camera setup on the back with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video chats, there is a 16MP front camera.
The device has a 5,000mAh battery with 100W super-fast charging support. In terms of connectivity, it offers 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
