Qualcomm is gearing up to unveil its next generation flagship mobile chip, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 soon. Many upcoming premium smartphones will feature this chipset. But now, the company has officially announced the Snapdragon Summit, which is the event where it will unveil its new technologies.
Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit 2023 Date
The chipmaking giant announced the Snapdragon Summit dates on its official X handle (formerly Twitter). This conference will be held in Maui, Hawaii, and will also be live streamed online. Qualcomm’s 8th annual Snapdragon Summit will kick off on 25th October 2023, which falls on a Tuesday. It is a three day event that will go on till the 26th of October.
The event will begin on October 23 at 12 PM PDT. Here, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will be announced, which will power next-gen flagship smartphones. For those unaware, the processor is the company’s next top-end chipset that is expected to launch in two variants. This includes a 4nm and 3nm process that is manufactured by TSMC. This processor will also support the faster LPDDR5T RAM.
The new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is expected to be paired with the Adreno 750 GPU and have an architecture with 2+3+3+1 core structure. These cores are also the upgraded ARM cores that will offer improved power efficiency and performance.
