Amid all the focus on Oxygen OS 14, the OnePlus developers are managing to bring timely updates for smartphones. The company is bringing a new firmware update for the OnePlus Nord 2. The OxygenOS 13 F.48 brings the latest October 2023 Android Security Patch for the India Variant.

Following the OnePlus Nord 3 update, the update is now rolling out for the OnePlus Nord 2. The OEM is bringing back-to-back updates for the compatible smartphones. below is the official change log for OxygenOS 13 F.48:

It is an incremental update and will made available to a broader audience only when the software passes successful verification on the smaller audience. So, it may take a couple of days to weeks for the update to reach each unit.

You can manually check for the update by heading to Settings > About > Software Update. If users encounter any issue or bug while using the new firmware, they can also submit the feedback via OnePlus Community or Google Dialer.

OnePlus is diligently rolling out the Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 Open Beta and Closed Bta updates for compatible devices. The update program is already live for devices such as the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10, OnePlus Nord 3, and others.
