Samsung is rolling out the Android 14 OS based One UI 6 Beta 8 update for its flagship Galaxy S23 series. The company is gearing up to release the stable build of its Android 14 custom skin and has launched the latest beta build ahead of the full release.

Samsung One UI 6 Beta 8 Update rolls out for Galaxy S23

The South Korean tech giant’s latest One UI 6 Beta 8 build is bringing the Android 14 update to the Galaxy S23 series. In other words, owners of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra can try out this update. Notably, this isn’t the first iteration of Android 14 on these devices and the brand has released new beta builds of the One UI 6 periodically.

As of right now, the update is being released for users in India, Poland, Germany, the US, and the UK. The One UI 6 Beta 8 update doesn’t bring any major features but brings improved system stability and performance alongside feature enhancements and bug fixes. Furthermore, the update also upgrades the security patch to the latest October 2023.

The latest beta build updates the existing stock apps as well, improving the overall experience of the Android 14 beta. It is worth noting that the update is only available for Galaxy S23 users who are already enrolled in the One UI 6 beta program. So for those interested, you can check for the update by heading to “Software Update” in the “Settings” menu. The latest beta has a total download size of around 500MB.
