All of the top five smartphone brands in India witnessed a yearly decline in shipments in Q3 2023. Xiaomi saw the biggest decline, with shipments falling by 17 percent. Samsung’s shipments fell by 3 percent, while Vivo’s shipments remained relatively flat. Realme and Oppo’s shipments grew by 6 percent and 16 percent, respectively.

Brands outside the top five like OnePlus, Infinix, Tecno, and Motorola saw impressive growth mainly due to expanding channel presence across India.
