After unveiling the Amazfit Active smartwatch on AliExpress earlier this month, the brand has now officially launched the smartwatch on its global website. Along with the Active, the brand has also debuted the Amazfit Active Edge smartwatch. Keep reading to learn more about their details.

The Amazfit Active features a square dial, and it’s quite lightweight, just 24g without the straps, likely due to its plastic housing. There’s a button on the right side for easy control.

The smartwatch boasts a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with a 450 x 390 pixel resolution. The display covers 73% of the front and has a curved finish. It’s also said to be water-resistant, and able to handle depths of up to 5 ATM. The battery can last up to 14 days, but if you use the GNSS location feature continuously, it will be 16 hours less.

Amazfit Active Edge

On the other hand, the Amazfit Active Edge is a round-shaped wearable with a sturdy design, resistant to water up to 10 ATM, and it can last up to 16 days with regular use. It features a 1.32-inch LCD screen with a 360 x 360-pixel resolution and comes in three color options: Lava Black, Midnight Pulse (gray), and Mint Green.

Both of these smartwatches can monitor your heart rate and SpO2 levels and track various exercises with over 120 sports modes. They also offer GPS tracking with support for five satellite systems and include the Zepp Coach AI workout assistant, along with popular fitness apps like Adidas Running, Strava, and Komoot.

Price & availability

The Amazfit Active is available for purchase worldwide at the Amazfit store and various retail partners, priced at $149.99. As for the Amazfit Active Edge, it’s now available in the US for $139.99, and the company has plans to introduce it to other markets in the near future.
