Yesterday, Realme confirmed that it will soon be launching the Realme GT 5 Pro, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, in China. The device is expected to be released in the Chinese market in November or December of this year. Now, the brand has released the following teaser to confirm its arrival in the global market.

As can be seen in the above poster, Realme has teased a new GT series phone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for the global market. While the poster does not state the name of the device, it is quite evident that the brand could be teasing the Realme GT 5 Pro for the global market. Here is a look at what the rumor mill has leaked about the GT 5 Pro so far.

Realme GT 5 Pro specifications

The Realme GT 5 Pro is said to be equipped with a BOE-supplied OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will run on Realme UI 5-based Android 14 and have an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security.

There is no information about the front camera of the Realme GT 5 Pro. However, its rear panel is expected to feature a round camera module featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX966 primary camera with OIS support, an IMX851 ultra-wide lens, and an IMX890 telephoto camera that offers 3x optical zoom.

The topmost variant of the Realme GT 5 Pro will have 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It may house a 5,400mAh battery with 150W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The device is expected to feature a 10,000mm² VC liquid cooling system, a metallic middle frame, and an IP-rated chassis equipped with a vegan leather back. It is likely to be priced at around 4,000 Yuan (~$545).
