Black remains a popular color choice in many areas, and now, e-bikes are catching on. Super73, from Irvine, California, has rolled out their Blackout Collection. This range updates three models: the Z Series, S Series, and R Series. These e-bikes have a simple black look, and they come with useful features like LED headlights, frame protectors, and racks to carry things.

The price of the top model is $4,295, whereas the base model is priced at $3,095

The Blackout Z Series, priced at $3,095, is straightforward and durable. Its 600-watt motor lets it go up to 28 mph. It has thick tires and a front suspension, which means it can handle rough paths. The bike uses a 615-watt-hour battery and has strong Magura brakes.

Next, the Blackout S is priced at $3,795. It’s a good all-around bike. It has a 750-watt motor and a bigger 960-watt-hour battery. Like the Z Series, it has thick tires and a front suspension. It also has an eight-speed gear system and the same Magura brakes.

Lastly, the Blackout R costs $4,295. It’s based on Super73’s R series and is the strongest in this collection. It has both front and rear suspensions, which means a smoother ride on rough grounds. The bike uses a 750-watt motor and a big 1,000 watt-hour battery, so riders can go longer distances. The lineup seems pretty impressive, but the slightly higher price points might be a little daunting to some. Once these e-bikes enter the market, it will be clear how much impact this launch has.
