LG has brought two impressive 44.5-inch Ultragear gaming displays to the global market. These panels are called the 45GR65DC and 45GR75DC, and they share almost identical features designed to provide gamers with a captivating visual experience.
Both models sport a curved VA panels with 1500 R curvature and a DQHD resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels in a 32:9 aspect ratio. They offer high refresh rate of 200 Hz, a notable 3000:1 contrast ratio and a rapid 1 ms response time. These panels are adequately bright with 400 nits typical brightness.
In terms of color, both screens offer 10-bit color depth, 95 percent DCI-P3 coverage, and a DisplayHDR 600 certification. To ensure smooth gaming, they come with FreeSync Premium Pro technology.
In the connectivity department, both screens feature two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4, a USB 3.0 hub, and a headphone output with DTS Headphone:X. The 45GR75DC goes a step further by including a USB-C port with DisplayPort alternate mode and 90W PD.
These screens offer a range of practical features, including tilt, rotation, height adjustment, VESA mounting (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free backlight. LG has also considered users with color vision deficiencies by adding a dedicated mode.
Pricing & availability
These gaming screens are priced at $799.99 (LG 45GR65DC) and $899.99 (LG 45GR75DC) in the US and are expected to be launched in other regions soon.
