Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo X100 series flagship smartphones on November 13. Ahead of the launch, a live image of the smartphone has surfaced online.

A Weibo user named 你老徐a recently shared a photo of the Vivo X100. The picture only shows the back of the phone. The blue back panel has unique curved patterns on the back, likely inspired by the night sky. It has a big round camera area with Zeiss branding, and there’s a flash next to it. The phone looks comfortable to hold with its curved corners.

We have already seen the camera samples of the X100 revealed in a recent report. Additionally, the phone also performs quite well in benchmarks like Geekbench and AnTuTu.

According to previous reports, the vanilla Vivo X100 will feature an f/1.57 primary camera, which could be the Sony IMX920 or a Lytia LYT-8xx sensor. Additionally, the device is expected to have a 64MP Omnivision OV64B telephoto camera onboard as well. It is also said to have a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide sensor on the back. While the Pro model will likely feature a similar camera setup, but with a 200MP primary camera.

Both devices are also likely to feature Zeiss Vario-Tessar (T*) lenses along with Vivo’s V3 image signal processor (ISP). While the vanilla variant is all but confirmed to feature a Dimensity 9300 SoC, reports about the Pro model are quite questionable. As per a recent Geekbench listing, the X100 Pro has the old Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip onboard. However, it is likely that the brand will launch the smartphone with either the Dimensity 9300 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
