Samsung is preparing to launch several new affordable smartphones to recapture its lost territory in the same segment across some markets, such as the Middle East. The company is already working on the Galaxy A15 5G and 5G variants and is also aligned to launch its flagship earlier next year. Amid all this, the Galaxy A25 5G battery has surfaced on Safety Korea’s Certification Website.

The battery with model code EB-BA256ABS appeared on the website along with its photo but sans any details like capacity, power rating, etc. However, these certifications ensure the upcoming launch of the device. The new smartphone also appeared on Singapore’s IMDA, which confirmed support for NFC. It even bagged TUV Rheinland and GCF certification a few weeks ago.

Thanks to leaked renders, which depicted the design of the design its official support page also went live a few days ago. Concluding from all these leaks, and rumors, the Galaxy A25 5G is expected to feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has 1000 nits of peak brightness. It is rumored to feature Exynos 1280 Octa-Core SoC built on a 5nm process and coupled with Mali-G68GPU.

Samsung Galaxy A25 5G seems to debut in two different storage variants – 6GB RAM + 12GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. It is expected to offer up to 1TB expandable storage option via micro SD card.

It is expected to feature a triple rear camera sensor with a 50MP primary sensor offering Optical Image Stabilisation support. There’s also an 8MP ultra wide angle lens along with a 2MP macro camera. There’s a 13 MP front camera for selfies and videos. Samsung Galaxy A25 5G could come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging, and much more.

It is expected to launch by the end of this month or early next month.
