Upgrade Guidelines:

  1. The upgrade will not clear user data, but it’s advisable to back up essential personal data before proceeding.
  2. Some third-party applications may face compatibility issues with Android 14. Users are encouraged to update these applications to their latest versions from the software store.
  3. Following the upgrade, the system will undergo adaptation and optimization actions for two days. Users might experience temporary issues such as heat, sluggishness, or rapid power consumption. To resolve this, it’s recommended to turn off the screen, charge for 2 hours, and restart the tablet.
  4. Users on the public beta version can directly upgrade to the official version through system push without the need for additional sign-ups.
