Oppo has initiated the rollout of the stable ColorOS 14 update based on Android 14 for the Oppo Find X5. The company has also disclosed its global release schedule for Android 14 across its smartphone lineup in the month of December.

ColorOS 14 features

ColorOS 14 presents a refined design with its Aqua Dynamic design, integrating common elements seamlessly into the status bar for enhanced functionality without clutter. The Aquamorphic Colouring system dynamically adjusts on-screen content, providing a visually harmonious experience throughout the day. The update introduces a Go Green style for the Always On Display, promoting eco-consciousness, and users can now include Bitmoji stickers that adapt to contextual factors.

Oppo ColorOS 14 Rollout Schedule

Performance sees improvements through the upgraded Trinity Engine, featuring ROM Vitalization for efficient data compression, RAM Vitalization for smoother multitasking, and CPU Vitalization for optimized battery life.

Enhancements in privacy and smart features include Picture Keeper for added photo and video privacy, Smart Image Matting for cropping subjects, and Smart Touch for storing content across ColorOS devices.

Snapchat users benefit from ColorOS 14 with shortcuts on the lock screen and a dedicated widget on the Shelf for quick access and updates on messages, statuses, and nearby friends.
