Asus has launched the Chromebook Plus CX3402 in India, a new addition to its popular Chromebook lineup. This Chromebook is powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core processor and has up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Let’s talk about its details alongside its pricing here.

The Chromebook Plus CX3402 features a sleek and stylish design with a 14-inch Full HD IPS display with 250 nits brightness. The laptop is also MIL-STD 810H durability standard certified, so it can withstand drops, bumps, and spills.

Powering the device is a 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1215U processor, along with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 128GB of UFS SSD. Meanwhile, there’s also a business model of the laptop that comes equipped with a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1255U processor, up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB of M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD.

Moreover, the Chromebook Plus CX3402 runs on ChromeOS and comes preloaded with the Google Play Store, so you can download and use your favorite Android apps. There’s also a Magic Eraser feature powered by Google Photos AI, which can remove unwanted objects from your photos. And, the laptop also supports File Sync for offline access to Google Workspace files.

Keeping the lights on is a 50Wh battery that can last for up to 10 hours on a single charge. I/O options include 2x USB 3.2 Type-C, 2x USB Type-A, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an HDMI 1.4 port. Likewise, it utilizes Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless connectivity.

The Asus Chromebook Plus CX3402 is available now starting at Rs. 39,990 for the Core i3 model with 8/128GB configuration. It is available in Rock Grey color and can be purchased from Flipkart.com.
