After the Closed Beta and the Open Beta builds, the OxygenOS 14 stable version is finally here for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G. It brings exciting new features and enhancements, which will surely uplift the user experience. The update is currently rolling out for the Close Beta and Open Beta users, while the normal users will gradually receive it after some days. Unfortunately, the update is only available for the India variant units, while the rest of the users in other regions have to wait.

The OxygenOS 14 firmware version CPH2381_14.0.0.200(EX01) for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will surely improve the device’s performance and stability. Several other additions, including the new File Dock feature, allow users to transfer content between apps and devices with an easy drag-and-drop function. There is also the new Aquamorphic Design, which has been updated with a natural, gentle, and clearer color style, Aquamorphic-themed ringtones, revamped system notification sounds, and smoother transitions in system animations.

It also brings Aqua Dynamics, an unexplored interaction method that provides up-to-date information at a glance. Along with Android 14 features that enhance system privacy and security, OxygenOS 14 is a step ahead in photo and video-related permission management. These updates aim to enhance the user experience and device interaction.

Since its launch, OnePlus has been regularly pushing updates for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G. It recently received the OxygenOS 13 C.33 update, bundling the November 2023 security patch.

Before updating the smartphone, the users should at least charge it up to at least 30% and keep the 5GB of storage free. OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G must be running one of these firmwares to get the update:

To manually check the update, users should head over to Settings > About device > tap up to date > check for updates. The device may heat up due to the installation of the system and may remain affected for a couple of days until it automatically adjusts to the new system.
