Amid the rising rumors about the Oppo Find X7 Series, the company today announced a conference relating to the device for December 27, i.e., tomorrow. Oppo plans to unveil the exciting advancements and innovative features that the new Oppo Find X7 series could carry. However, Oppo could unravel some exciting details, and we may get to know its official launch, which is expected around mid-January.

Tomorrow’s conference tagline is “Exploring Technology No Man’s Land” (translated). The conference is jointly held with Hasselblad, so information about the device’s camera prowess is surely going to unravel. There, we could also expect more information about the upcoming satellite communication feature.

The smartphone is teased to feature the Oppo Find X7 Series with a Sony LYT-900 1-inch camera sensor with a 1.6μm pixel size. The devices have appeared on Geekbench and other public certifications, confirming the remaining features. Let’s see what we have concluded from the past leaks and rumors:

Oppo Find X7 Series Specifications and Features (Expected)

Over time, most of the device’s specifications have been unveiled via rumors and leaks. The Oppo Find X7 series is set to debut in three different models with no “Pro” model, including the Oppo Find X7, Find X7 Ultra, and Find X7 Ultra Satellite Communication Version. The standard Oppo Find X7 is expected to ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, while the ultra models will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Both devices have a couple of LPDDR5x RAMs and UFS 4.0 storage.

The Oppo Find X7 will have a 6.78-inch BOE 8T OLED display with 1.5K resolution, while the Ultra models will embed a 6.82-inch BOE 8T OLED 2K resolution display panel. All three models will support a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming.

In the camera section, the standard version will house a 50MP LYT-808 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 64MP Omnivision OV64 telephoto lens with 3x zoom and OIS support. The Ultra versions will feature a 50MP Sony LYT-900 sensor with OIS and a 50MP LYT800 ultrawide. There will be a couple of telephoto lenses, including a 50MP IMX858 sensor with OIS and 6x optical zoom and a 50MP IMX890 sensor with OIS and 3x optical zoom.

All three devices will feature the same 5000 mAh battery with 100W fast wired charging. While the Ultra variants will additionally support 50W wireless charging,. The Oppo Find X7 Ultra’s packaging box has also been leaked, giving us a glimpse of it.

Details about the pricing and availability are not yet known; however, we expect more information to be unveiled at tomorrow’s event in China.
