After more than a month of the OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 2 update, the company finally rolled out the OxygenOS 14 Stable Update for the OnePlus 10R and OnePlus 10R Endurance Edition in India. Surprisingly, along with the announcement of the Android 14-based stable update, the company also rolled out OxygenOS 13.1.0.610 for the same device. Both updates are now out for the device, but OxygenOS 14 stable will first be made available for only the closed beta and open beta users.

OnePlus 10R

The update based on OxygenOS 13 ( CPH2423_13.1.0.610(EX01)) brings the December 2023 security patch; meanwhile, the other update houses plenty of changes and luxuries for Android 14. OnePlus 10R and OnePlus 10R Endurance Edition are receiving the firmware CPH2423_14.0.0.210 (EX01) in India.

The update brings plenty of new changes, including the addition of Smart Cutout, Aquamorphic Design, Performance Optimization, Improved Security and Performance, and much more. Below is the official changelog for the OxygenOS 14 update on the OnePlus 11R:

Smart Efficiency

 • Adds Smart Cutout, a feature that can separate multiple subjects in a photo from the background for copying or sharing.

Cross-device connectivity

 • Improves the underlying service framework functionality for a better smart service experience.

 • Improves Shelf by adding more widget recommendations.

Security and privacy

 • Improves photo and video-related permission management for safer access by apps. 

Performance optimization

 • Improves system stability, the launch speed of apps and the smoothness of animations.
 • Updates ROM vitalisation to free up storage by compressing apps and merging duplicate files.
 • Updates RAM vitalisation to improve the speed of launching and switching apps
 • Adds support for app-specific refresh rates to improve user experience.


Aquamorphic Design

 • Adds Aquamorphic-themed ringtones and revamps the system notification sounds.

User Care

 • Adds a carbon tracking AOD that visualizes the carbon emissions you avoid by walking instead of driving. 

To grab the latest update, users must spare at least 5GB of storage and at least 30% of their battery. Moreover, the smartphone should run the latest firmware: CPH2411_13.1.0.600 (EX01) and CPH2423_13.1.0.610 (EX01).

Users can check both updates manually by heading to System Settings > About Device > Software Update > Check for Updates.
